How to order pneumatic ZelFlex frames?
To avoid potential errors by order, it is necessary to quote the following data by ordering a frame:
- Printer name and type (max. printing area if possible): mm/inch;
- Outer dimensions and height of current frame: mm/inch;
- Squeegee dimension: mm/inch;
- The frame is clamped into the machine: with pneumatic cylinders/with screws;
- Stencil size dimensions (possibilities of stencil supplier): mm/inch;
- Max. and min. height of the frame, which can be put into the machine: mm/inch
How to order manual stretching frames?
Example:
ZelFlex ZR 584x584 (23"x23")
Manual stretching frame: outer dimension of the frame (width x length) 584x584 in mm.
Caution: width and length of outer dimension of the frame is 24mm greater because of tensioning nuts (i.e.: for the frame ZR 584x584 is total outer dimension 608x608mm).
